A distributor does not sell what their people
do not understand.
HEAT, LLC builds distributors in Colorado and Wyoming. We bring four heating and cooling lines to your warehouse — two cold-climate, one mild-climate, one cooling only — and we train the counter, the outside sales team and the contractors who buy from them, so the stock moves and it stays sold.

What we are here for
We promote comfort in cold climates.
Heating and cooling that keeps working when the temperature drops, and stays efficient while it does. Reliable, professional equipment for residential and commercial buildings — and distributors who know how to sell it and support it.
03For distributors — the centre of what we do
Your warehouse does not need another vendor. It needs the line to sell itself.
Everything HEAT, LLC does starts and ends at a distributor warehouse. We are not a catalogue and a price list. We are the people who make sure your staff can answer the question at the counter, your contractors install it correctly, and the units keep leaving the shelf.
How the cycle works
- 01
We stock and train
The right SKUs for the warehouse, and your counter and outside sales people trained on what they are selling.
- 02
Your contractors buy and install correctly
Hands-on training and phone support while the unit is still on the wall, not after the callback.
- 03
Fewer callbacks, more repeat orders
A contractor whose last four installs went clean comes back to your counter for the fifth.
What a warehouse gets
Four lines, one relationship
Cold climate, mild climate and cooling only on the same PO, through one contact.
Counter and sales training
On your floor, on your schedule, on the equipment you actually stock.
Vendor days and open houses
Run with your team, with your contractors in the room.
Pro-dealer development
Turning one-off buyers into contractors who order from you every month.
Specified projects brought to you
We track bids and specifications in the territory and bring the job to the warehouse that can serve it.
Orders and warranty coordinated
Back orders chased, claims handled, technical questions routed, so the warehouse is not the help desk.
Marketing support
Branded material, promotions and programmes you can put in front of your contractors.
The portal
POs, quotes, project bids and open cases in one place, with history.
04Who stands behind us
Checkable, not claimed.
Two things you can check without taking our word for it.

Cold Climate Energy Alliance
An independent, brand-agnostic platform monitoring real heat pump installations — energy use and temperatures at live case-study sites, every one measured the same way. We helped start it and we support it, but it does not favour the brands we sell. That is the point of it: field data instead of brochure claims.

Made for this territory
Cooper & Hunter built our mark
Comfortside’s marketing department created the Rocky Mountain Region mark for HEAT, LLC in 2024. Not a logo we drew.
05The brands we represent
Four lines, one purchase order.
A warehouse does not want four sets of paperwork, four price files and four phone numbers. Four lines, in the same order, through one relationship and one contact — and each one has a different job.
Cooper & Hunter
Cold climate. Ductless and ducted inverter heat pumps, multi-zone systems and VRF. The line most of our conversations start with: mountain and high-desert jobs where an ordinary heat pump gives up before the winter does. Residential and commercial.cooperandhunter.us →
ArmBridge
Cold climate, and not sold online. A complete equipment line built for the same conditions as Cooper & Hunter at a lower price — which makes it the line to put on a project when the Cooper & Hunter number comes back too high. The equipment is not sold online, so the price on your shelf is not undercut by the internet.
OLMO
Mild climate. Ductless heat pumps and air handlers for buildings that do not need cold-climate performance, and for jobs where the specification, the budget or the lead time points away from Cooper & Hunter.olmo-comfort.com →
Bravo
Cooling, in this climate. Single- and multi-zone air conditioning for light commercial and residential work. Bravo builds heat-pump models, but a Rocky Mountain winter is not where they earn their keep — so in Colorado and Wyoming we sell Bravo for cooling and put a cold-climate line in when the heat matters.acbravo.com →
06Behind every distributor
Two more people have to be right, or the sale comes back.
A warehouse is only as strong as the contractors buying from it and the engineers specifying into it. We work both, on the distributor's behalf — because a bad install and a wrong specification both end at the same counter.
Contractors
Install it once, correctly
Most callbacks are made on the day of installation, not in year three.
- Hands-on install and commissioning training
- Troubleshooting by phone while the unit is still on the wall
- Line-set, charge and wiring guidance for cold-climate conditions
- Warranty and parts claims handled, not forwarded
- Pro-dealer status and the programme that comes with it
Engineers
Numbers you can put on a drawing
Design data for altitude and real winter design temperatures, not brochure conditions.
- Equipment selection and system layout for a specific job
- Submittals, AHRI listings and performance data
- Piping limits, layout guides and control strategies
- VRF seminars and lunch-and-learn sessions at your firm
- On-site walkthroughs on live projects
Problem with Cooper & Hunter equipment?
Open a claim and it gets a case number, an owner and a date — not a place in an email thread. Warranty, parts, credit memos and technical faults on Cooper & Hunter, OLMO, Bravo and ArmBridge all start here.

09Training & events
The part of the job that does not show up on an invoice.
Every session below is run in the field, with the equipment in the room. Ask for one at your warehouse or your firm — we travel to it.
- Vendor days
- A full day at a warehouse: product, pricing structure, and the contractors who buy from you in the room.
- Install workshops
- Hands-on, with tools. Line sets, charge, commissioning, and the mistakes that become callbacks.
- VRF training
- System design, piping limits and controls for variable refrigerant flow, multi-day where the job calls for it.
- Lunch & learns
- An hour at an engineering firm, on cold-climate performance and what to specify.
- Job walkthroughs
- On site, on a live project, with the contractor and the engineer together.
For existing partners
Orders, quotes and open cases live in the portal.
Place a purchase order, follow a shipment, check a back order, open a warranty case and see where it stands — without an email thread. Distributor accounts are set up by us.
