By using smartheat.us you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

HEAT, LLC is a manufacturer's representative for Cooper & Hunter, OLMO, Bravo and ArmBridge heating and cooling equipment in Colorado and Wyoming. We connect the manufacturer with HVAC distributors, and we train and support those distributors, their contractors, and the mechanical engineers who specify equipment. We are not a retailer and we do not sell equipment through this website. Equipment is bought from an authorised distributor. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a quote, or a commitment on price, availability or lead time.

You may read this site and download the documents we publish, for your own business use in designing, selling, installing or servicing the equipment we represent. You may not:

• Scrape, copy or republish the site or its documents as your own material.
• Alter a specification sheet, submittal or manual and pass it on as ours.
• Try to break into any part of the site, or use it to send anything unlawful.
• Use the site to build a competing product database or mailing list.

Accounts, orders, quotes and case records live in our portal at portal.smartheat.us. The portal is a separate system with its own account terms, which you accept when your account is created. You are responsible for keeping your login secret and for what is done under it. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

Capacities, performance data, dimensions, certifications and availability come from the manufacturer and can change without notice. We publish them in good faith but we do not warrant that any document on this site is current, complete or free of error. Before you order or install, check against the manufacturer's current published data. Equipment warranties are given by the manufacturer, not by HEAT, LLC. HEAT, LLC gives no warranty on any product.

When we help with equipment selection, system layout or a technical matching sheet, that help is a recommendation for your consideration. It is not engineering services, it is not a stamped design, and it does not replace a licensed professional engineer, a load calculation, or compliance with the building code and permits that apply to the job. The designer of record remains responsible for the design.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, the SMS Terms apply and form part of these terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

The layout, text and original material on this site belong to HEAT, LLC. Cooper & Hunter, OLMO, Bravo, ArmBridge and every other brand name, logo and product image shown here belong to their owners and are used to identify the equipment we represent. Nothing here gives you a licence to use them.

We link to manufacturer sites, utility rebate programmes and other third-party resources. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them.

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, HEAT, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or equipment downtime, arising out of your use of this site or of any information on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits; where that is so, they apply to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify HEAT, LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may change these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
